I was interested in what you found so I did a test to cpom[pare my last two revisions.?
The result (screenshot below)
Additions were highlighted in
green.? Deletions were highlighted in
red (pink?)
Actually it's not quite 100% correct -- see the text "
Test Image."? I did not
remove?or
add?that text between the two versions -- I removed and pasted in only images, so I can't explain why Gio highlighted those as changes?? I did mess w/ that text in earlier versions, but not between the two I compared.
Also, the comparison does not show images that were deleted/added.
It's not easy to follow the history comparison because it appears to me that blank lines are added into the differences.?
Still, it would be useful if, say, I unintentionally (or intentionally, I suppose) deleted a chunk of text that I needed to retrieve and copy/clean up, and paste back onto that or another page or into a message.
