To clarify, do you mean by bulk transfer, a CSV file of subscribers to send an invite to?
Or using the paid for option which I cannot comment on as I haven't used it
If the former, yes it does
Its a very good system
If anyone is already subscribed, it does not send to them
After sending at the top of the invites page is a summary of how many were sent and how many weren't and the reason
At any point after the sending you can select "sent invitations"
Which tells you who were sent invites and when, and their status
Status could be Sent, Accepted , Failed
You can select any not Accepted and repeat the invite, or for failed you can remove them
An excellent system IMHO
