I don't know if it would help, but when someone unsubscribes, they're offered the option to change delivery to Special Notices Only or Daily Summary.

The other is the signature part because everything is FREE and people arent allowed solicit their business in their signature.? Those younger members who are still working and may have their own businesses. They tend to put in their business information in the signature even though the are giving away free items.? So we want to head that off from the beginning.

And the display name is from an issue in YG that we just want filled out now here on IO.

Keep on mind that anyone can change their signature or Display Name for the group at any time.
