Sort of.? Bounce handling is a bit of a mess.? Even after someone stops bouncing, they'll have a blue B for a few days.? Mark did this so that people shouldn't be going in and out of B status constantly.? With the delay, if there are no additional bounces in 3-5 days, the blue B gets cleared.? If there are additional bounces, I think the count continues from where it was and they'll become a red B after 5 total bounces.?
