is a member and you have found her membership in your records did you happen to notice her moderation status, e.g. was there an "NP" flag against her entry in the list? That would prevent her from posting by any method. It is worth checking her
Posting Privileges on her individual membership page to make sure that it is correct.
How is she trying to post; is it by email or via the web UI? If the latter then Shal's guidance about logging - in applies; if the former is she using her
account email address or another one entirely? If it's anothert email address then it
won't work!
