You can export all attachments using the "Export Group Data" button at the top of the Settings page. Groups.io provides no other bulk download function.
Well, I need to correct myself on this last one.
Attachments are indeed downloaded in a group export, but they are
embedded in the mbox file, and are not made available as individual files. Only after I visited a couple of my own group exports did that light in my brain flicker back on.
So it appears the only way to get attachments is to visit each message containing one and download them individually. Sorry for the misinformation.
