There is no size control setting, either.
The photo needs to have a 3:1 aspect ratio, and will be rescaled to 900x300 pixels. If you want to put up a photo with some other aspect ratio (or of a smaller size) it has to be padded with whitespace to keep it from being distorted by the rescaling.
