Yes, I did step 2 before on November 6, and just did it again this evening.
I started 3 other groups successfully.? They were smaller and I just invited each member manually.? The group I paid premium for has 480 members.

Zelda -- If you go to the page at?/yahootransfer, and you don't have ANY links showing under the Existing Transfer Status, then you never initiated the transfer.?
See?/g/GroupManagersForum/message/23597?and begin again at Step 2.1. Repeatedly inviting the transfer agent (Step 3) will not accomplish anything until you've completed Step 2.
