OK. So as group owner, I go to Admin, Members and select the individual. I can then change the e-mail address associated with him the the one he wants to use and he will maintain his "Joined" on date status.

If I send him an new invite with the new e-mail address he will have a new joined on date and lose his group seniority status, correct? If this happens, can Groups.io Support correct the Joined date for seniority status for members at the Owners or moderators request? Thanks loads.
