Then, visually look thru the excel file for any and all hiccups to mend or tweak.? Once done, you now have a very searchable file, small in size and useful vs. a PDF that causes the read to be 1. confused, 2. scroll scroll scroll up/down and scroll scroll scroll left/right constantly.? PLUS, the PDF will NOT remove the awful weird characters should any or all HTML code is scrambled in there.? The excel can do a FIND/REPLACE each of the annoying HTML codes to either nothing or a simple 'space'.
