I just need the license key... you can't just buy one off of his web
page, you have to message him and then he sends you a invoice via
Paypal Tried BOTH emails... nothing in over a week.

I assume you included your Unique Code? Without that he can't/won't generate a license key:

That's probably a good idea, in case the one was blocking his replies to you.
