Hi,

why can?t an unsubscribed member get registered with the same e-mail-address he was registered with before?

When trying to register anew, a notice pops up saying “this e-mail-address is already registered”. Although it definitely is not since I as owner cannot see this person?s membership any more.

?

So what do I tell thim if he does not want to create a new e-mail-address? Or does this mean there is a waiting period to consider? If so for how long?
