Barbara Jean,
I took this one first, as it implies that she is looking at her Account page (clicked on Account from the menu under her name, in the upper right corner. The Export My Account button requests that Groups.io prepare a Zip file (compressed archive) of her contributions - to your group and/or any other groups she's a member of. That would include any message posts as well as uploaded photos, files and other content. It is part of Groups.io's commitment to openness as well as fulfilling a requirement of Europes GDPR regulation (that requires companies which retain personal information to make that information available to the person). As a group owner/moderator you have access (via a tab on the Settings page) to a similar function to export the entire content of the group.
She certainly has - witness access to her Account page. That may or may not include having subscribed to your group though - depending upon exactly what actions she took.
While at her Account page, she should make note of the left-hand column. As with the sections of a group, her Account also is organized into sections. The place for her name, photo, etc. is in the Identity section. There she'll find a list of her profiles - the first is her Account Profile and any information she puts in it becomes the default information put into a group profile when she joins a group. Following her Account Profile is a list of her profiles as they appear (if she allows them to appear) in her various group subscriptions. It is perfectly possible for her to show different profile information (Photo, Display Name, bio, Location, and Website) to different groups. She might want to differentiate the information she shows in hobby groups versus classmate groups versus general interest groups, for example.
