for instance i run a couple psp groups....in the groups we don't use hastags or the wiki, same for incredimail groups, I wouldn't use those features.? now in another closed group i'm in where we do some collective writing...the wiki is awesome reference tool for us as a whole.....just depends on the kind of group as to whether you will want to use or ignore those features
