George -- I just sent a note to?[email protected]?and got the standard bounce message in return.
Stepping back...do your smartphone and your iPad share the same email address? Go to Admin>Members and double-check which email address actually "owns" the group. Groups.io has no way of knowing that a message coming from a different email address is the same person. If any of the advice you've received resolves your problem, please report back.
