That does not, however, mean that I have a solution to the problem. Lavon's posts suggest that the miscreant isn't actually a member of the AOL group either, which I find a little baffling. If she is a member, then I would suggest removing her at once, assuming that that action is possible.
I'm not suggesting that this proposal would work, but reporting the matter to
[email protected] might be worth trying, but the report will have to be written very carefully to ensure its meaning is
much clearer than the reports here. Mark may well see it as something that he can do little or nothing about, but I would expect there would be a better chance of a positive outcome if he can actually understand the problem; if he
can't then the chances of him doing anything are non - existent.
