Lavon,
I'm not sure I understand what happened. Did she create a group at Groups.io, then add your email addresses to that new group? There are two ways that can be done. One is that she could have Invited all of your email addresses to join the Groups.io group. You're all free to ignore that invitation and you would not then be members of the Groups.io group. The other is that, if
she's paying for a Premium Groups.io group, you may receive a notice that you've been added to her Groups.io group. If so that notice would have contained an opt-out.
She can have as many groups on Groups.io as she wishes, but that doesn't mean that anyone else has to participate in those groups. If you didn't opt out in the first place, just leave her groups.
If you believe that she has violated Groups.io's Terms of Service you can report that to [email protected], but simply adding you to a group wouldn't ordinarily be a violation. It might become a violation if she does it repeatedly in a manner that may be considered harassment or spamming.
