I am trying to upload a paper to my group that I wrote on my machine.
io says it detects a virus. It absolutely DOES NOT!!

Looks like your report was heard (assuming you reported it):

"It appears there was a mistake in today's update of the anti-virus
scanner that we use, clamav. It was incorrectly marking a lot of files
as having a virus. Others have seen the same. I've disabled that
particular virus signature for now."
