Hi Bruce,
It helped a lot.
I'm used to check these messages through the activity page because
it iss how I've learned.
Anyway, now I understand whhy I can't reply. The "+owner messages"
for this person is completely empty.
Is it a possibility that a person can send an email to the owner and
delete it if their mind change later on?
Cheers,

I can see the activity, however not a link for replying.
Interestingly enough this is the only email with this
characteristic.
I don't fully understand the problem, but I'll attempt to
answer...
If online, open that user's member record (Admin>Members).
Click the button at the top that says "+owner messages." All
+owner messages that this subscriber has ever sent should be
stored here. Click on the subject line to open one of them, and
you should find a blue "Reply" button at the bottom of the page.
If there's no button, send us a screenshot.
If in email, use the "reply" function of your email client. A
groups.io footer with a "reply" link isn't really necessary.
Hope this helps,
Bruce
