You could resend the attachment with personal information deleted/obfuscated.? It would be better if you had the actual email to check the header information to see where it was actually sent from.? (But don't post it here!)? Anyone can enter an email address to subscribe, but the confirmation will always be sent to that address.? Unlikely, but possible this is what happened.
