Had already checked that and it is not the issue. Also, since I have been working directly with my account and it is not set that way, but messages are not making through that is another indicator.
Also, since I just tried with the new account, I am absolutely certain that is not the issue as the three settings that it has been in are:
- Override: new user moderated?- messages are showing up.
- Use Group Moderation Setting - messages do not show up
- Use Group Moderation Setting - messages do not show up
