Re: My mail not being received in one of my groups I own

 

Ilene,

I own 6 IO Groups ... 1 group, none of my mail seems to be going to
the group.
Look in the group's Activity Log to see if there's an item there corresponding to your attempted posts.

My profile shows that there isn't any mail history.
That confirms that the messages haven't posted to the list.

Please let me know what could be causing this.
There are several possibilities:

o Posted to the wrong address (e.e. spelling error in the address you sent to).

o Rejected by your group.

o Still in your group's pending message queue (needs to be approved).
