Each month, we automatically send our members a rules/regulations file. I have long since forgotten how to do this within groups.io. cannot seem to find the info anywhere. can someone be so kind as to walk me thru how to set this up. the file itself is already sitting in the ¡°files¡± section.
Admin: Settings: Member Notices: + New Notice
select "Group Guidelines" from Notice Type dropdown menu
edit "Name", "Subject", and "Email Subject" as desired
check "Send monthly to group" box
enter text of your 'rules/regulations'
Click: "Add Notice"
I believe only one "Group Guidelines" Member Notice (per group) is permitted.
