Need to schedule a monthly file
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýEach month, we automatically send our members a rules/regulations file. I have long since forgotten how to do this within groups.io. cannot seem to find the info anywhere. can someone be so kind as to walk me thru how to set this up. the file itself is already sitting in the ¡°files¡± section. just need a push over the finish line. many thanks! ? ruthie levi ? |

It still can't be done directly.? You can send a link to the file using the Calendar.? You could also put the file contents into the Group Guidelines and have it sent monthly, with the option of having it sent when someone joins.? Check the Wiki on this group for more info.

I have long since forgotten how to do this within groups.io. cannot seem to find the info anywhere. can someone be so kind as to walk me thru how to set this up. the file itself is already sitting in the ¡°files¡± section.Admin: Settings: Member Notices: + New Notice select "Group Guidelines" from Notice Type dropdown menu edit "Name", "Subject", and "Email Subject" as desired check "Send monthly to group" box enter text of your 'rules/regulations' Click: "Add Notice" I believe only one "Group Guidelines" Member Notice (per group) is permitted. |
