For bulk delete (or add), groups.io expects a plain-text file, with one email address per line, conforming with the same format used to enter names in the box above. It will not recognize an Excel file.

In Excel, highlight the column containing the email addresses, hit CTRL-C to copy it onto your clipboard, then paste that into Notepad. Edit out the column header information and save as plain text. This should give you what you want.
