There is no indication that the message delivery was even attempted.?

To emphasize what Bruce said about members perhaps not having their subscription set to receive Individual messages, if they had been set to Special Notice or No Email or something else on the Yahoo group, that preference would have been copied into their subscription on the Groups.io group. In that case it may be normal for them not to receive your announcements.

It is also possible that the members have muted the topic or hashtag used in your announcements; though it seems unlikely that hundreds would do so.

Another possibility is that the members have chosen Following Only as their Message Selection option (Advanced Preferences), but again it seems unlikely that hundreds would.
