There is no indication that the message delivery was even attempted.?If the "missing" message appears in the online message archive, then it should have been sent to those who have the proper subscription settings. Click on Admin>Members. Pull down the blue "Members" menu at top left and select "Bouncing." If his subscriber record is listed here, then his account is bouncing. Click anywhere on his row to open the record, then click on the Email Delivery History button at the top of the page. Share the error codes with us and maybe we can help further. If he isn't among the bouncing members, go back to the blue pull-down menu and select "Members." Again find and open the subscriber record. If the subscriber's message delivery is set to No Email or Special Notices, the system is behaving as intended. Change it back to Individual Messages and save changes if you want. Failing that, again click on the Email Delivery History to see if he is having sporadic problems with message delivery, and share the codes with us.? If you can't find the subscriber record at all, then he isn't subscribed. He may have removed himself unintentionally, or been removed for flagging group messages as spam (see?/g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Removed-for-spam). You can find out when such a thing may have happened by checking the group's activity log; or if you have a Premium group, by selecting Past members from that same blue pull-down menu and looking up his member record there. ? It's also possible that you have inadvertently been applying a hashtag with a "no email" or "special" flag set. Try sending your announcements without any hashtags to see if the problem goes away. I don't have a lot of experience (read: none) with Announcement-only groups, and acknowledge that this is a shotgun approach to the problem. If none of these things work it may be time to contact support. ? Good luck, Bruce -- The system Help is your friend.??/static/help |
