It looks to me as if you have somehow set the other six columns in the table (the ones containing the actual data) for fixed-width display. The ID and Updated columns thus automatically expand to fill available space in the browser window.

I suspect that removing the forced carriage returns in the data, along with some additional fiddling with the column data types, should make this table display a lot better. Someone with more experience with databases than yours truly will have to provide more explicit instructions.
