I think the easiest thing would be to transfer everything to the main group here.? I'd include members since they'd need to be members of that to join a subgroup anyway.? Even on a free group, you can direct add folks to a subgroup.? There is a temporary restriction once you add 20 members in a 24 hour period, but Mark usually approves those in a short time.? If you just add all to a subgroup at once, it would only be one delay.? A few folks have found that on subsequent adds, there doesn't seem to be a delay.

If the files will be going in a subgroup, you could make that a separate transfer request once you have the members there that you want.? Remember that any files where the member isn't present will be attributed to you.
