It's a Charter problem... they don't care much about customer service so they
do this sort of blocking arbitrarily. there are plenty of other places
sending far more email to them, but they don't know Groups.io. Your
subscriber should call Charter support and complain... and he/she should have
a full copy of the message in hand when doing so. He will probably have to
ask for the complaint to be "escalated" to higher level support before he
stands a chance of getting it resolved. And when he gets someone who has a
clue he needs to tell them that Groups.io is a groups site just like
Yahoogroups and GoogleGroups and shouldn't be blocked.

Yeah, I know, subscribers throw up their hands when told this, but Charter
(and others) don't listen to non-customers so there's not a lot of choice.
