Hi Lenny. Amanda here. I just got done playing flute with a friend of mine who plays violin. I also played the recorder a little bit as well. I took a fall, but I'm OK. I caught my foot on a chair on the back porch, the wrong way, and took a small tumble. I'm OK though. My recorder, Gabrielle, who is an angel recorder is fine too. She took a pretty hard hit, but I'm surprised she still plays. Anyway, my godmother asked me if the flute hurts my lip. I said not at all. She thought it did, but it doesn't. I have a small Fife, and the Fife has a thumb hole that is sharp around the edges. I play this instrument, but afterwards, my thumb has a small blister. Do you know of a way to file that thumb hole down a little? It's sharp around the edges.?
Amanda
