If blood/lymph/"life energies" didn't reach every cell of your body, that
body part would go gangrenous or atrophy/fall off, it seems to me.
Anyway your body is mostly empty space with atoms swirling at vast
distances from each other, the whole held together by a kind of energetic
blueprint and higher purpose... concentrate on, visualize yourself as you
want to be, mentally affirm the perfection of this blueprint...
