Hi! I¡¯m Sheena!

Hello group,?
?
I want to introduce myself.
?
I¡¯m struggling with breast cancer, which seems to be spreading, but I don¡¯t actually have a diagnosis and I¡¯m not seeing an oncologist.?

In early 2023 I went for a mammogram because I was ¡°due¡± at age 40, but also because I had some mild shooting pains in my right breast (right side).?
They found a tiny spot on the chest wall above the right breast and asked me back for more mammograms. On the second round (Feb 2023) they mammogrammed ALOT! I did not have a good feeling about it at all. They also used the ultrasound to try to find the spot they¡¯d seen before. They were not able to find that spot with the ultrasound, but saw it again on the mammogram.?

I asked them while they were doing the ultrasound, to check the right side, and they saw nothing there with the ultrasound or mammogram.?

They told me that the spot on the chest was too small to biopsy, and it was probably benign, but to come back for mammograms every 6 months to keep an eye on it.?

Well, a few days later, I started having burning pain in that right breast that I had never had before. After that, I noticed a progression in that right side (along with occasional pain on my chest) which manifested as pain whenever I had any sugar, such as juice, wine, actual sugar, etc. Since then, I have slowly seen a progression of a thick spot in the right side of my right breast. There are times when it¡¯s doing better, but overall it¡¯s grown and now seems to be spreading under my arm.?
?
So I have been on BP for about 2 years, but only followed it by about 90%, having an ¡°off¡± meal about once a week, and buttered organic popcorn also once a week.?
?
My other modifications are mostly in the area of carbs. I don¡¯t eat anything sweet or bread or potatoes or fruit, except for 2/3 cup black/blue/cranberries in my smoothies.
I use my Blentec to make all my BP meals as smoothies with the flaxseed, FOCC, Sacha inchi, greens powder or actual greens, stevia liquid, and 1/4 tsp ginger.?

supplements:?
cinnamon (before morning smoothie)
vitamin D occasionally?
vitamin c occasionally?
?
Evening:?
I have trouble with glycogen dumping in the early morning and causing cancer pain (that¡¯s how I know it¡¯s happening). I¡¯ve been able to stop this by taking berberine and magnesium Glycinate just before bed. Sometimes I also have a couple eggs.?

since January, I have been taking Ivermectin.?
I started with 20 mg, 4 days per week and now I¡¯m up to 45 mg 4 days per week. However, I have recently noticed mild pain under my arm. So I don¡¯t know if the IVM is helping or not.?

I am definitely not a BP worshiper, as 90% success is only 90%. But I do believe it¡¯s a helpful part of any protocol, and I want to continue.?

I struggle with knowing what other modalities to include. I know that I need to be exercising more and getting more sunshine. I also would like some way to manage stress better. I have a job, 6 kids and a husband who all keep me busy.?

I don¡¯t want to go back to oncology, because I know that they will just want me to do more mammograms and MRIs, and I feel like those things made it worse last time. However, I am looking for naturopathic or alternative medical opinions right now.?

I have a call with the Budwig Clinic coming up soon. I definitely can¡¯t afford their packages, but some of their supplements look good.?

I appreciate any feedback or advice.?

Blessings!

Hi Sheena,

I¡¯m in the healing process from the DCIS in my right breast. I¡¯m taking Ivermectin and fenbendazole. 3 days a week fenbendazole 444mg (with d vitamin and fat)?per day and Ivermectin (with zinc and meal)?6 days a week 36-48mg but now probably I will take it 4-5 days a week due to the side effects. I found both of them very helpful.
I do Budwig musli daily. Berberine has been great too and iodine!

Red light lamp and infrared light locally to the tumor and armbit. Also I started to use neem oil topically which has felt good so far.

Hopefully you will get good advice from the Budwig clinic!

Hi Sheena, definitely check out AntiCancer Mom site and Templeton Wellness. It may also help to include Essiac tea.

If possible, take your last meal as early as possible, like 4PM, you can snack on lemon water, herbal tea, etc

I can't find the study, but the people that ate later they woke up with high blood sugar, the ones that finished eating early, had low morning blood sugar.

Hi , for extra insight research on cancer active and cancerireland.ie .There is a contact for Chris Wollams an excellent biochemist .He will set out a protocol for your condition.I found him excellent, and a hell of a lot cheaper than the budwig center . customized to your disease with the best research attached. I found him to be surperb and a gentleman to converce with. I am happy to show you my personal protocol but this is for a different condition.

Hi Sheena
?
The Budwig clinic in Spain doesn¡¯t have a great reputation due to them adding and selling expensive supplements, which Dr. Budwig didn¡¯t recommend.?
The more reputable clinic is the 3E centre in Stuttgart, Germany. Here is a link;

Dr. Budwig didn¡¯t prescribe exercise such as cycling or jogging, especially with metastasis. However, she highly recommended daily walks among nature.
You are right to consider your stress levels. Perhaps try meditation or EFT? I¡¯m sure the walks would help with relaxation too.

Wishing you well.

Sheena,
I am not sure if my message went though.?
I am a naturopath.?
Who else sen your breast and were able to diagnose correctly what you have? I read that you are afraid of oncologist but are we dealing with cancer diagnosis here??

Hi Sheena,

I agree with what Dr. Anna said. It is very important to have a specific diagnosis in order to know how to treat it. For example, estrogen positive cancer vs triple negative cancer is a totally different ball game.?
And in some cases it is not even cancer at all! Large fibroadenomas can also cause a lot of pain and discomfort, as well as the feeling that they¡¯re ¡¯spreading¡¯ under your arm.?
I¡¯d advise you to work on getting a specific diagnosis as soon as possible (if you haven¡¯t already).?
Without knowing enough it is difficult to suggest the best remedies¡I¡¯d say generally speaking the most successful herbs/supplements I have come across are Reishi mushroom, dandelion, chlorella, turmeric. And Lugol¡¯s iodine drops.?
I hope this is helpful to you.?

All the best,
Ivanka?

Yes, Ivanka :)
?
Thank you for supporting my suggestion.?
?
The most important part of treatment of any condition is a proper diagnosis. Did you know that Harvard doctors diagnosis was few years ago was only 30% accurate. Did something change during few years? ?Maybe, maybe not. With AI it may be a complete mess nowadays. Thats is why doctors need to rely in blood work and diagnostics to narrow down findings to make right diagnosis. They don't want to venture out much ( US docs) and just tell you what they think. They need proof. That is why sometimes they send you for "stupid tests" just to rule things out. That is the reason. I am speaking about US docs. In Europe may be opposite, they may scream the diagnosis in your face (unproven) and when you start crying they may kick you out of the office. Totally different.?
?
Ivanka is right, there could be a myriad of things associated with breast pain. It could be fibroadenoma, a cyst, scaring from trauma to the breast, blockage of lymph nodes and inflammation, and maybe cancer. Lymph nodes (under arm) may inflame from basically any blockage because of lymph stagnation. The only difference is in the mobility of lymph nodes.?
?
Gerson therapy for instance won't take undiagnosed person as patient. Strict rules- if you are not under oncologist care- no way. I remember when we had docs meeting instructor told us about getting into argument with one potential patient that he needed to turn away. She did not want to go the allopathic route (which I understand) but he said that she needs to be under a care by oncologist as well and she won't be accepted. Bitter news, right? Horrible situation. Well I speak as of few years ago, but probably nothing changed much.
?
Sheena, I am speaking from the point of view not that you may consider going there but from the point of view of a need of clarity of diagnosis first. ?Doctors need to have specific diagnosis and blood markers, not only cancer markers, that some of people here have, but some other elevated blood work finding that they monitor every so often.?
?
I imagine, there is a fear involved, I totally get it.?
How about going to visit ND in your state? Naturopaths are licensed. And I tell you from my perspective, they will navigate the system in your favor. Most of them will. We are stuck between modern medicine and holistic treatment. Some of us are totally holistic, just like you like, some of us prescribe meds. You choose. We have to diagnose, send for tests. How else we can select the right treatment and later see the progress of our work? Would not you want that for your child for instance (if you have any- sorry)?
?
If money is an option- consider going to DPC doctor. Direct primary care doctor. They will work with you for a monthly fee. These docs don't want to take insurance, so they build their practices on monthly membership of their patients. Prices vary from 60-100 per month and sometimes they give you unlimited visits. This may be something you may consider Sheena. They may send you for blood work or at least ultrasound that is cheeper then normal, usually 100 bucks. They may have discounts that they pass on to their patients.?
?
Just start Sheena, make one step forward. No one said you need to go to oncologist right away, but making a first step and seeing a any good doctor to see what is going on with your breast is the right way to go. Then from that you will take another step. Don't get overwhelmed. One step at a time.?
?
Much love to you guys :)
