Yes, Ivanka :)

Thank you for supporting my suggestion.?

The most important part of treatment of any condition is a proper diagnosis. Did you know that Harvard doctors diagnosis was few years ago was only 30% accurate. Did something change during few years? ?Maybe, maybe not. With AI it may be a complete mess nowadays. Thats is why doctors need to rely in blood work and diagnostics to narrow down findings to make right diagnosis. They don't want to venture out much ( US docs) and just tell you what they think. They need proof. That is why sometimes they send you for "stupid tests" just to rule things out. That is the reason. I am speaking about US docs. In Europe may be opposite, they may scream the diagnosis in your face (unproven) and when you start crying they may kick you out of the office. Totally different.?

Ivanka is right, there could be a myriad of things associated with breast pain. It could be fibroadenoma, a cyst, scaring from trauma to the breast, blockage of lymph nodes and inflammation, and maybe cancer. Lymph nodes (under arm) may inflame from basically any blockage because of lymph stagnation. The only difference is in the mobility of lymph nodes.?

Gerson therapy for instance won't take undiagnosed person as patient. Strict rules- if you are not under oncologist care- no way. I remember when we had docs meeting instructor told us about getting into argument with one potential patient that he needed to turn away. She did not want to go the allopathic route (which I understand) but he said that she needs to be under a care by oncologist as well and she won't be accepted. Bitter news, right? Horrible situation. Well I speak as of few years ago, but probably nothing changed much.

Sheena, I am speaking from the point of view not that you may consider going there but from the point of view of a need of clarity of diagnosis first. ?Doctors need to have specific diagnosis and blood markers, not only cancer markers, that some of people here have, but some other elevated blood work finding that they monitor every so often.?

I imagine, there is a fear involved, I totally get it.?
How about going to visit ND in your state? Naturopaths are licensed. And I tell you from my perspective, they will navigate the system in your favor. Most of them will. We are stuck between modern medicine and holistic treatment. Some of us are totally holistic, just like you like, some of us prescribe meds. You choose. We have to diagnose, send for tests. How else we can select the right treatment and later see the progress of our work? Would not you want that for your child for instance (if you have any- sorry)?

If money is an option- consider going to DPC doctor. Direct primary care doctor. They will work with you for a monthly fee. These docs don't want to take insurance, so they build their practices on monthly membership of their patients. Prices vary from 60-100 per month and sometimes they give you unlimited visits. This may be something you may consider Sheena. They may send you for blood work or at least ultrasound that is cheeper then normal, usually 100 bucks. They may have discounts that they pass on to their patients.?
?
Just start Sheena, make one step forward. No one said you need to go to oncologist right away, but making a first step and seeing a any good doctor to see what is going on with your breast is the right way to go. Then from that you will take another step. Don't get overwhelmed. One step at a time.?

Much love to you guys :)
