I have trouble
with glycogen dumping in the early morning and causing cancer pain
(that¡¯s how I know it¡¯s happening). I¡¯ve been able to stop this by
taking berberine and magnesium Glycinate just
before bed. Sometimes I also have a couple eggs.
If possible, take your last meal as early as possible, like 4PM,
you can snack on lemon water, herbal tea, etc
I can't find the study, but the people that ate later they woke up
with high blood sugar, the ones that finished eating early, had
low morning blood sugar.
