No, I haven't studied lymphology yet. I will be doing this course in June at a centre near where I live by a qualified trainer who studied under Dr Samuel West. I will inform the forum on my findings once I've completed the course. I became interested in lymphology because I get countless private e-mails from the forum members wanting to find out how we do the Dr Budwig protocol and what else do we do. Many people will agree that I always add lymph work when I reply to them privately. Massaging, brushing etc. I have made it my mission to find out if this could be the reason between success and failure when using the Budwig protocol. I will let you know. Many people don't get the instant results that we've had and then they go to homeopaths who put them on countless supplements including high vit. C drips etc. In most cases when you ask these people about their (lymph work),rebounding, brushing, massaging, hydrotherapy routines etc. you don't get an honest answer. In most unsuccessful cases, I think laziness is the reason why the Budwig protocol doesn't work for some people. It is easier to pop pills than to juice and make your fo/cc mix with every meal, or eat all your foods freshly prepared or to use the rebounder as often as possible or to do spiritual work. In an earlier post, Karl Schmierer said to Wilhelm that they need to be certain that they are taking the right steps, to which Wilhelm beautifully responded by saying "Like in any treatment, there is no certainty and no guarantee of success." That is so true. The Budwig protocol is not just about the diet - you have to do it 100% including all the extras apart from the diet. I think it is the same with Lymphology - you can't just do lymphology - you need to follow the best anti-cancer diet there is (Budwig protocol) along with it or else lymphology will probably also not do the trick. I try to do it for 10 minutes 2x a day...does that sound about right? Thanks. BarbF |

Re: Plastic, dioxin and Breast Cancer
JCASTRON
While I try to be careful about plastics and how they relate to what I eat and drink, this particular e-mail started circulating in February 2002 and is an urban legend with probably some merit in it.
The Dr. Fujimoto is not a medical doctor but a PhD which, by the way, so is Dr. Ralph Moss and he is considered an 'expert' on Cancer as well as alternative methods. All of us have been subject to Urban Legends especially when they touch on subjects near and dear to us. Even Consumers Reports offers concerns about plastic containers, however, this particular piece is suspect. So, take the advice because some of it makes sense, and read about it in Snopes at: Joe C. |
Re: Effectiveness of Budwig diet
W. Hansen
Dear Karl,
The fact that your wife has decided not to submit to surgery, chemo or radiation makes the next step of deciding what alternative method to use easier. In my opinion the Budwig Protocol is an excellent choice for most cancers including breast cancer, as well as for many other types of degenerative diseases. That is why I am here spending my time on this list to inform people about it. Good results have been obtained with diabetes for example. You say, you need to be certain. Like in any treatment, there is no certainty and no guarantee of success. Nobody can give you that. To improve one's chances, it is best to follow the Budwig Protocol closely. That is obviously what Dr. Budwig has done and her results with cancer were excellent across the board. According to one reporter, Dr. Budwig said that she has had a success rate approaching 98%. For the original report on that please see message number 4289. You can learn more about the Budwig Protocol by reading our files and her two books in English. If you speak German you can also buy her latest book "Krebs - Das Problem und die L?sung" which by the way will soon be available in English as well. Book details and ordering information are in our files as well. As you will see from Anna's posts today, ground flaxseeds are an important part of the Budwig Protocol. I mention them especially since your wife has breast cancer. However, please look at the entire protocol. Best wishes for good health to you and your wife, Wilhelm Dear Wilhelm, Thank you for your advice regarding using youghurt or quark. I have a really important question I would like to put to you. Is the Budwig diet truly an effective means of overcoming cancer? My wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer and will not submit to surgery, chemo or radiation. Therefore we need to be certain that we taking the rights steps in bringing about an effective cure for her. Thank you, Karl Schmierer [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
Plastic, dioxin and Breast Cancer
bryzamini
Just got this in and thought you might want to read this info and stop
these habits (if you have not already done so!) best to all, lotte Maybe this is why there is such an increase in cancer - especially among young people. Cancer News from Johns Hopkins: No plastic containers in micro. No water bottles in freezer. No plastic wrap in micro. Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dioxin chemicals are causing cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware, or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons. Also, he pointed out that Saran wrap is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead. This is an article I believe you should forward to your family and friends, anyone who is important in your life. |

In reply to this question on Lymphology, I would like to say
something here. I have a course on learning the art of lymphology and healing. Here is a web site that will answer your questions on this. The man's name is Dr. Samuel West and he has discovered the way to make the lymph glands pump and oxygenate the cells. Read and you will be amazed at what this man has discovered. Kathryn |

cataracts and flax seed oil
Some time ago there was a series of postings concerning the use of FSO
as an eye drop therapy for improving vision for those who have cataracts. Other than some early reports of improvement I have been unable to find follow up reports , and there appears to be nothing in the files. Does anyone knows whether these efforts led to any reported results or conclusions? thanx. |

I'm afraid that I do not remember which source it was from. It could have been from mainstream medicine.

From: "andycoghill05" <andycoghill05@...> ... I see in the diet plans that you can use ground flaxseeds in juice. Do the ground flaxseeds not need to be mixed in a suitable protein to be absorbed into the bloodstream? Or is itFlaxseed when ground work differently on your body. They have several purposes. One purpose is the fibre, which bind to toxins or just general 'rubbish' in your body so it doesn't re-enter into the bloodstream and for those people with hormonal cancers it probably also binds to E2 , a potential carcinogenic estrogen, for elimination. Then there is the protein which is a clean protein, better than protein from animal sources, which is important for making DNA. And the other important action are the lignans in the flaxseed. These are phytoestrogens that are up to 1000 times weaker than the estrogen that the body produces. They are identical in structure and so have the ability to lock into estrogen receptors that are on cancer cells. Now, even if you don't have prostate or breast or colon cancer, I beleive that all cancers have estrogen receptors, as these cells are embryonic cells. Someone told me that the cancer markers, I think CEA-15, the E stands for 'Embryonic'. So definetely add flaxseed in your diet. Which is better flaxseed oil/cottage cheese or groundAll of the above are excellent. However the flaxseed in the potatos would have to be a small amount, only because it would be like sawdust in your mouth;-), it is very dry. The other thing is that you need to have a large volume of fluid with the flaxseed as it can absorb , I think, 5 times it own weight, so it is better in juices. And, heat can destroy the value of the ground flaxseed. |
