Re: WHY are flax seeds are helpful for BREAST Cancer

I increased my intake of flaxseed to 10 tbsp a day when I was desperate to kill this cancer, as well as adding spirulina and guided imagery. Within 10 days one of two tumors had reduced to 25%! The other to 45%! Now if that doesn't convince you along with the current scientific research I don't know what will. Having said that, it could be that you need more or less than me. You see theRe is no research or evidence at this stage as to what the dosage is for best results, per 100kilo weight per person. I am 165cm tall and weigh 47kg. These have been my stats for as long as I can remember. And they haven't changed since I have been on this diet now for 12 months. Wilhelm and all, here is an attachment about flaxseed. I do not know from what website I got it from. Anna ----- Original Message -----

Microwave Ovens? Unsafe
breathedeepnow
Johns Hopkins is still way behind regarding the use of microwave ovens.
I recently read some 30 pages of information about them, and decided not to use one at all. As far as I am concerned, researchers have proved that microwaving food or water changes its molecular structure and thereby weakens and harms the body. I am back to heating things on the stove, heating water with an electric coffee brewer, and cooking either in a convection oven or in the regular oven. One of the things I read that convinced me microwaves alter molecular structure of whatever is heated in them was the true story about how a nurse microwaved a refrigerated bag of blood that was going to be transfused into a client---and the client died. There is a SERIOUSLY DETRIMENAL DIFFERENCE between heating/cooking foods and liquids on the stove and in a microwave. |
flaxseed oil and eye care
Friends:
For those who are interested in further information on this subject, see this posting I have been noting some changes in my vision since using flaxseed oil in my eyes. At first the vision is blurred, but then it clears and is more clear than before the drops. I will see my ophthalmologist next week and will discuss this with her. There is an interesting story about eye health in the Book of Tobit in which fish oil is put into the eyes of a blind man. His vision is healed. Must have been the omega 3. Charles |
Re: Where are the files?
For anyone searching for the very important files which should be read,
and some page printed out and hung in your kitchen -- especially the ones on how to carry out the diet -- below is the URL that will take you to the homepage. On the left side of the homepage, in a blue box, is the menu where you will see the word, "Files." Click on that and click again on the various topics in the files. They are quite extensive and filled with very helpful information. Thanks to Wilhelm, the moderator for this group, most of your questions will be answered in the files. Please read them carefully. As you can see by some of the recent messages, there is much more to the Budwig Protocol than flaxseed oil and cottage cheese. Here is the link to the homepage: Sandra |

Hi Wilhelm,
This is very interesting indeed- I can't wait for this book to be released in English as well. No wonder she included the Eldi oils in her protocol - there is so much more to the Budwig protocol than just fo/cc and the diet, that's for sure. Cheryl Hi Cheryl, files on how to rub Eldi Oils into the skin around the problem areas. lymphatic system. She devoted five pages to this subject in her book "Das Fettsyndrom" (The Fat Syndrome).

Hi Cheryl,
thank you for your astute in observations regarding what it says in our files on how to rub Eldi Oils into the skin around the problem areas. Dr. Budwig was very much aware of the importance and drainage of the lymphatic system. She devoted five pages to this subject in her book "Das Fettsyndrom" (The Fat Syndrome). Wilhelm From: Cheryl du Toit Dear group, Sorry to have to carry on about lymphology like this but if you read the instructions given along with the Eldi-oils you will notice that Dr Budwig included this in her protocol as well. These are the instructions: Two times a day, i.e. morning and evening, rub Eldi Oil R into the skin over the whole body, a bit more intensively on the shoulders (armpits), breast and groin (where the lymphatic vessels are) and also on the problem areas, like for instance the breast, stomach, liver, etc. |

You are more than welcome and rest assured I will let you guys know about my experiences with it. You know, if you think about it, Dr Budwig's prescription is to do the massaging not once a week, or twice a week, but twice daily, and she stated to "massage more intensively where the the lymphatic vessels are". That also means that you have to bath or shower 4 times a day (hydrotherapy?). Every time without soap first, and then with a mild soap. This also meant super cleanliness - getting rid of the toxins on your skin. Here is another super article about the lymphatic system and what can go wrong if the system cannot get rid of the harmful metabolic waste products and cell debris. Keep well everybody Cheryl

Re: WHY are flax seeds are helpful for BREAST Cancer
W. Hansen
Dear Ren,
ground flaxseeds are a part of the Budwig Protocol and of benefit for all that seek help from it. Please see them not in isolation, but as part of the total Budwig program. I mention flaxseeds especially for breast cancer and prostate cancer sufferers because they lower the estrogen dominance in women and in men. There are many quotes on this subject on the net. Here are some that I have available: "Lignans subdue cancerous changes once they've occurred, rendering them less likely to race out of control and develop into full-blown cancer, " says flax researcher Lilian Thompson, Ph.D., professor of nutritional sciences at the University of Toronto. Lignans show particular promise for battling breast cancer. They do this by blocking the effects of estrogen, which, over time, seems to increase breast cancer risk in some women. Even when estrogen-sensitive tumors get a chance to grow, lignans exert a restraining influence that can slow or even halt their growth. In a laboratory study, breast tumors in animals given flaxseed shrank by 50 percent in seven weeks. Flaxseed has two additional cancer-fighting secrets. It's a rich source of polyunsaturated fats, including omega-3 fatty acids, which appear to limit the body's production of chemicals called prostaglandins. This is important because prostaglandins, in large amounts, can "speed up tumor growth, " says Bandaru S. Reddy, Ph.D., chief of the division of nutritional carcinogenesis at the American Health Foundation in Valhalla, New York." Also please see Anna's post on flaxseeds yesterday. Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Wilhelm Dear Wilhelm Please clarify WHY ground flax seeds are helpful for BREAST Cancer? Please help me grow my FAITH with helpful facts. All my love Ren |

I always take my fo/cc but I don't always get my two juices in. I had itchy skin when I did the eldi oil twice a day so now I do it only once. I get it massaged in so the idea that massage of the wrong type does damage worries me a little. I also try to rebound at least 1/2 hour a day though I am trying to make it more like 1 hour. Anyway the results they spoke about seem out of this world. I am looking forword to hearing about your experiences with it. Ken Hi Ken,in June at a centre near where I live by a qualified trainer who studiedunder Dr Samuel West. I will inform the forum on my findings once I'vecompleted the course.mails from the forum members wanting to find out how we do the Dr Budwigprotocol and what else do we do. Many people will agree that I always addlymph work when I reply to them privately. Massaging, brushing etc. I havemade it my mission to find out if this could be the reason between success andfailure when using the Budwig protocol. I will let you know.they go to homeopaths who put them on countless supplements including highvit. C drips etc. In most cases when you ask these people about their (lymphyou don't get an honest answer. In most unsuccessful cases, I thinklaziness is the reason why the Budwig protocol doesn't work for some people. It iseasier to pop pills than to juice and make your fo/cc mix with every meal,or eat all your foods freshly prepared or to use the rebounder as often aspossible or to do spiritual work.to be certain that they are taking the right steps, to which Wilhelmbeautifully responded by saying "Like in any treatment, there is no certaintyand no guarantee of success." That is so true. The Budwig protocol isnot just about the diet - you have to do it 100% including all the extrasapart from the diet.lymphology - you need to follow the best anti-cancer diet there is (Budwigprotocol) along with it or else lymphology will probably also not do thetrick. that moneyseem to be promised on this site? $995 does seem like a lot of greatbut of course if it really works as well as they say then its a investment. |

I don't think many are spouting 'no' diagnostic tests, but rather the constant repeated tests.
Might it be to fund the enormous costs of the equipment followed by a tremendous source of income? Sort of the kind of income generated by the hundreds of thousands of unnecessary hysterectomies done over the years............perhaps multiple millions? Re: Effectiveness of Budwig diet
breathedeepnow
Dear Karl,
I believe it is a good choice on your wife's part. With surgery, the surgeon hardly ever "gets it all," and the surgery can spread the cancer. In nearly all cases, surgery is followed by chemo"therapy" and/or radiation. If you will go to our files section, by clicking in the blue rectangle to the left where it says "files," you and your wife can find and read two significant magazine articles, written by unbiased parties, showing in no uncertain terms that chemo"therapy" and radiation do not, in the great majority of cases, provide a cure, or even significant remission time. And of course, the side-effects and the permanent after-effects can be anything from annoying to horrendous. No, there are no guarantees. But I believe that someone like your wife, who is savvy enough, self-assertive enough and independent enough to see through the doctors' offers of surgery, chemo"therapy" and radiation, has a tremendously strong chance of getting rid of the cancer. I wish I had been savvy enough to refuse chemo"therapy" when I was first diagnosed with low-grade lymphoma in 1989. May I recommend another excellent book your wife might enjoy and get strength from? It is called "Cancer As A Turning Point," by Lawrence LeShan. I feel it is a good spiritual/emotional/mental adjunct to the Budwig Protocol. You should be able to purchase a good used copy at www.half.com. Or if there is not a copy available there, try www.bestbookbuys.com. Also, if you will go back through some of the most recent messages, you will find good stuff about lymphatic cleansing and drainage that would be very good for your wife. Karl, it is my belief that the first significant step toward healing from cancer is when someone with the dis-ease,(I spell the word "dis- ease" so as to give it back its original meaning = "lack of ease"), decides, as your wife has, to take control of their own treatment. Incidentally, in my opinion, she is going about her treatment options in the best way. The great majority of people, because of pressure from doctors, family and friends, try surgery, chemo"therapy" or radiation first, and then if that does not work, they try other healing methods. (I believe Dr. Budwig treated many people with advanced cancer, in whom surgery, radiation and chemo"therapy" had failed.) But since surgery is so invasive, and can spread the cancer, and since surgery, radiation and chemo"therapy" ravage the immune system and have side effects and permanent effects that can be anything from annoying to horrendous, THOSE are the options, in my opinion, that should be reserved for a last resort! (You can read, also in the files section, and article by Ralph Moss about the serious side-effects and permanent effects of chemo"therapy" and radiation. God bless you and your wife, Elliot |
