Has anyone made their own quark? I found a very simple recipe on allrecipes.com. I found it a little thin the first time I made it so my second batch I added a little of the first batch to the recipe and it turns out really well. Very creamy and so easy to make. Jean .

Moringa Leaf Capsules compatible with BP ?
Dear All I am a stage IV lung cancer patient since June 2016. I have been following BP since July 2017 and my primary tumor has reduced over 50% since then. I have been recomended Moringa Leaf capsules. I would like to know if these are compatible with BP and has anyone got any experience good or bad with Moringa Leaf capsules. These capsules are pure Moringa oleifera Leaf without fillers, preservatives or additives. Freshly ground and encapsulated.
Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Suspected lung cancer: Next steps after pet scan
Thank you Rod for responding. I will do as you suggest and test again in a
couple months. I am lactose intolerant and unfortunately the FO/CC gives me
diarrhea so had to stop it. I am using other alternative things and a very pure
diet and raw juices. Good luck with your diet and keep us posted on how your
next test goes.

about another 6 months after that.? I expect my results would be better but
I cheat on the diet once in a while.? I will be testing again shortly so

I received my test results from Navarro today. I am in the US.? I
mailed my urine sample on 8/21/17 by USPS Priority Mail.
?
Your HCG Test Result on 09/16/2017 is:
??? Index + 4,(53.0 Int. Units)
?
This is within the POSITIVE range(0 I.U. - negative, 1 to 49 I.U. -
doubtful[essentially negative], 50 I.U. & above - positive). A
POSITIVE
result indicates the presence of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a
hormone
found in the urine of pregnant women. Numerous medical reports show this
to
be present in the urine of cancer patients. However, the result must
be
correlated with the medical information(X-rays, CT Scans, Ultrasounds,
MRIs,
etc.,). A biopsy procedure confirms the diagnosis of cancer. The elevated
HCG is possibly coming from remnants(microscopic or otherwise) of the stage I
B cervical cancer . This serves as the baseline result.
?
Results can go up to 10,000 int. units or more especially in
testicular
cancer, some uterine cancers ( H mole and choriocarinoma ) and germ
cell
tumor. However, most other cancers have results anywhere from 50 to 80 or
90
IU. The result must be correlated with the medical history? together
with
other pertinent medical information (X-rays, CT Scans, Ultrasounds,
MRIs,
etc.,). The test cannot determine the stage of the cancer but when it
is
done on a serial basis, say once a month, one can follow and monitor
the
progress of the disease.

Monica, I can only
personally speak of the Navarro HCG test. I use it to track my progress.
From my understanding, there is no blood test at this time that is lung
cancer specific. However, there are ones that can track cancer (generic) in
the body. AMAS, which is covered by Medicare is one, I believe. You have to
order the kit and then go to a drawing station. As I said, these tests are NOT
lung cancer specific. They are only good in determining IF you have some form
of cancer, and then use future testing to track your progress.
Others
on this site will be able to give you better info on the different blood tests
and their value.

Thank you for your prompt reply.? Just two quick questions:
?
1) You mention the HCG urine test -- are you using the Navarro test from
the Philippines or do you have another source? My friend is based in US so
would prefer a local source.
?
2)? You also state " There are
other blood tests that will confirm whether your friend has cancer or

I am new to this group and was diagnosed with Colon cancer about a month
ago.. I have been using Apricot pits since a few days after that and have only
been on BP for a couple of weeks. I have lost 4 lbs. I am feeling great and
find it hard to believe I am supposed to be sick. This has been a drastic
change to my former diet. Is it normal to lose weight beginning the BP? I am
going for surgery on Oct.3rd but whatever the outcome, I am determined that I
will not do Chemo or Radiation.

Dear Jean,
Welcome to the group.? I hope that you will find people here helpful, encouraging and supportive. It is one of the reasons we keep staying on here years after.? I never give advise and I will not this time but I will tell you what I would do if I could move the clock back nine years.? I too had a colon cancer and thought that I knew what I was doing.?? Joan, if you have decide to have the surgery ofter asking all the questions and are sure that it is a way to go, please keep believing that it will work for you and don't let any doubts crowd your mind.?
If you have doubts, think of why you have them and if there is still something you are not sure of. Just remember that a lot of people do the surgery due the Fear factor. Do Not let that be your reason for doing it.
I too didn't have chemo or anything else after the surgery and started this protocol a little over a month after a month after the surgery. Did the doctors tell you if they will be taking any lymph nodes, if they didn't, make sure you know if they will, how many they plan to take out and why.
It is now years after and I am having problems that I believe are due, among other things, the lymph nodes that they took out.
As I said, this is not an advise, I wouldn't dream of giving one as we are all different and what work or didn't work for me, it might do? lot of good for you so in the end it has to be your decision and yours alone. Hear what others suggest? and then think really hard what seems right to you.
Joan, I wish you an easy healing and a total cure, Dana p.s. some people lose weight and some gain, I guess on the the food intake before the protocol, unless the cause is an active cancer.

Julian or others, I have a question concerning the consumption of the WBM, after you have powdered them. Do you put it into capsules, Mix with the FOCC mixture, place it on salads?? A response is certainly welcomed as my PSA number is slowly increasing. Thanks, Addison

No drug exists that has the ability to improve lymphatic flow; however, the job can easily be handled through the topical application of castor oil. When castor oil is absorbed through the skin, several positive events take place: * The lymphocyte count of the blood increases. * Lymph flow improves throughout the body, speeding the removal of cellular-related toxins and reducing swollen lymph nodes. * As toxicity is reduced and health improves, the pH of the saliva becomes less acidic, and the Peyer¡¯s patches in the small intestine become more efficient at fat absorption, which is essential for the formation of hormones and other components necessary for growth and repair. * There is a general overall improvement in organ function and a lessening of fatigue and depression."

Hi Joyce,
I believe that it's?ok to freeze oleolux because Dr. Budwig allows the FO/CC recipes to be frozen so that they can be eaten as ice cream. If the FO/CC can be frozen, I can't think of a reason that the oleolux cannot also be frozen.?

Thanks!
I may wait. I'm doing well now. But, I know that the hormonal therapy I'm using along with Budwig will turn against me at some point. Hopeful I'll get at least two more years from it. Then I'm going to want something that can give Budwig a boost because I know I'm not turning to any allopathic remedies at that point, and I'm going to need something that will give me years more!

Hi ,
I have just started on the BP to help heal from stage two er , pr

don't feel able to eat a large salad then another focc . By dinner time I
can't eat much , and this is the only time I am getting grains, am worried not

benefits? Maybe I can build up gradually to having more quantity, has anyone
else experienced this difficulty?
I am average height and weight , 5ft 5 and weigh around 63kg or

helped them .
Thank you so much

Re: Prostate Cancer Success Stories
Hi D,
The Budwig protocol, which is much more than the FO/CC recipe, definitely stops prostate cancer and has helped many people overcome even terminal cases. The man who started this group back in 2001 had been diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer at age 74, he overcame it by following the BP and lived a healthy life until age 85.?
On my website, you'll find testimonials from our members who stopped prostate cancer with the Budwig plan.? On the front page, click on the word, Cancers, then on Prostate Cancer in the list. If you want more details on any of the individual testimonials, tell me the name of the person who wrote the message and I will do a search in our group for more of their messages so that you can read them.?
