you can go to our homepage [linked below] and click on the word "Membership"
under the photo that says "FlaxSeedOil2."
After clicking on "Membership," click "Edit Membership." On the next
page, choose "No Email" or "Daily Digest." Either choice will stop so many
individual emailed messages from coming to your inbox. Instead, with 'No Email'
you can read the messages from the homepage [no email delivery at all] or with
'Daily Digest' you'll receive one or two emails a day with a list of the about 20 messages.
After making your choice, click "Save."
