High LDL and even high triglycerides aren¡¯t NECESSARILY a problem, especially if HDL¡¯s high and blood sugar levels are low.

FYI, remedies that lower triglycerides and are also cancer-healing:

artichoke, shiitake, low-sugar fruit (particularly apples), avocado, organic tempeh. Exercise. AVOID: ?SUGAR, refined CARBS and other high-carb foods; cottonseed, sunflower, soy, corn, and safflower oils.

Remedies that lower LDL and are also cancer-healing:

Exercise; spirulina, barley grass; tempeh, beets, kale, avocado, APPLES (w/peel, if organic), kiwi, plums/prunes, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon

I just got my blood tests results from my annual check up.? Compared to 18 months ago
my LDL went from 59 to 96 and my triglycerides went from 48 to 95.? Total Cholesterol went to 176 from 144 so I'm still within normal ranges but I wonder if these increases are triggered by Budwig

On A positive note, my HDL did go up from 41 to 61, I think Budwig helps with this....

I can really recommend a book for helping the eyes through exercise. The author was registered blind and recovered a lot of his sight.
This is the book I have which I bought because i have problems walking but I have done some of the vision exercises as well and they really seem to help.?
This book is quite old and I have had it for years but you can get it quite cheaply on Amazon

Low hemoglobin

 

Hi to everyone,


my father has adenocarcinoma on his stomach with metastasis in one of the pancreatic limf nods from 4 months now. He is ben on BP for 3 months and is filling relatively good, but his hemoglobin is low 9.5 2-months ago and the last week was 8.1. Can you help with any ideas how his hemoglobin goes up?

Hi from UK, me too I have call stage b out off 3, in UK is only 3, mining lymph nods all over my body noticed more in my neck, doing BP for more or less over 3 months but not as mentioned on the 15 key points.
Doing twice the fo/cc a day drink a lot of juice, teas and water eating lot vegetables and fruit exercise get some sun do rebounding and sauna.
My lymph nods still big but instead of tired I'm full of energy, hope this help a bit, and good luck on your journey.

Thanks all for the valuable inputs and suggestions. I will try to implement them to my daily meals. I know the main cause of my losing weight might be the reduced protein intake from animal products. But I am not sure how to add more plant-based protein to my meals that my body can easily absorb it.

In terms of the shingles, I do have some rashes or shingles on my legs sometimes. I did not know that could be caused by the raw nuts. Hope the SOAK method can help to solve this issue.

I did a MRI scan last week and will see my oncologist next week. Hope the BP diet will do some good on me this time.

Thanks all for the valuable inputs and suggestions. I will try to implement them to my daily meals. I know the main cause of my losing weight might be the reduced protein intake from animal products. But I am not sure how to add more plant-based protein to my meals that my body can easily absorb it.

In terms of the shingles, I do have some rashes or shingles on my legs sometimes. I did not know that could be caused by the raw nuts. Hope the SOAK method can help to solve this issue.

I did a MRI scan last week and will see my oncologist next week. Hope the BP diet will do some good on me this time.

When you use clay apply it to the breast and then cover with some layers of muslin or any other cloth that is easy to wash. You then need to put something thicker over the muslin to stop the clay drying out too quickly. I'm not sure how you could keep it in place - it's a lot easier on a leg! Maybe you could use sticky tape. Anyway it's important to keep the clay moist. If it appears to be drying out then replace it. If it's drawing stuff out then it probably will need to be replaced quite often. It is a bit of a hassle using clay but the results are good.?

What if the clay becomes hard, am I going to have pain by the wound? It's a little different than a wound on the leg..?

I guess I'll just keep on giving it honey dressing. My other wound stopped bleeding by it (I didn't give anything else). But then 2 other wounds come out also. Luckily one is small of about 2 cm in diameter but the other one is around 4 cm.
