I'm pretty good about taking the FO/CC mixture with the common 3:6 Tbl Spoon ratio. ?
I just got my blood tests results from my annual check up. ?Compared to 18 months ago
my LDL went from 59 to 96 and my triglycerides went from 48 to 95. ?Total Cholesterol went to 176 from 144 so I'm still within normal ranges but I wonder if these increases are triggered by Budwig
On A positive note, my HDL did go up from 41 to 61, I think Budwig helps with this....
I'm 2 yrs cancer free from Bladder cancer which can come back at anytime so that is why I stick with budwig, but am I heading down a track towards heart disease??
