? Thanks for your suggestion. I did the coffee enema by myself and did lots of researches before doing it. A few of my friends who did it before also told me that it is safe and has very positive results. The only thing I did not do was to ask my doctors. Because since I decided to go with the alternative treatment, I did not get much of support from them. And I do not know who is the best doctor to ask my family doctor, my surgeon or my oncologist. But based on the lesson learn, I will try to ask their opinion before make my decision.

Hi Dana,
One more question, you mentioned that your surgical team was saying colonics could be dangerous but coffee enema would be fine for you. I though the coffee enema would be more irritated to the colon. How to understand their statement?

Re: Breast Cancer... Wound Healing
That's great, Linda.? Unfortunately, we only have Labcorp in my area and they are notoriously inaccurate here.? In fact, I know "insider" stories from people who work there and the negligent handling of specimens is as bad as it gets.? To the point where they make up test results in some cases rather than process the samples.? I'm sure that's not the case in every area, but here, it's a fact.

Re: Need help for urinary bladder tumor/cancer
Hi I've got bladder cancer. Stage Tcis High grade. Had tumors removed twice now. I still have my bladder and have been on fo/cc. For a while. I now juice a lot using kale spinach cucumber parsley, celery and green apple.
Been cancer free now 24 months go back for a scope end of October
Bladder cancer is sneaky and no matter what your dr says what you eat and drink makes a difference in my opinion. Budwig is part of the success I've had but you still have to eat and drink properly. I'm in for the long haul.

15 Key Points of Dr. Budwig's Plan - Read & Save
Hi Everyone,
The information below is based on Dr. Budwig's books - The Oil-Protein Cookbook[1952] and Cancer-the Problem and the Solution[1999] and is on my website at?? On the site, click on FUNDAMENTALS at the top of the front page to read more details about the Budwig plan; also, view the video at the bottom of the front page to see the oil/protein muesli recipe being made & read member testimonials.
Unfortunately 99% of websites & books, other than Dr. Budwig's books, have incorrect information about her plan. Authors & websites offering "Budwig information" that includes supplements are giving advice that could interfere with healing.?Dr Budwig did not include supplements & wrote about avoiding most,?but not all,?of them. It's also important to follow the FULL Budwig plan below, instead of only flax oil/cottage cheese[FO/CC]. Below?are?Guidelines, in brief, for the Budwig Diet & Lifestyle Plan?-?you don't have to eat all the foods?on this list each day.?ADJUST THE AMOUNTS TO FIT YOUR SIZE & DIGESTIVE ABILITY. Each food or liquid below has an important purpose. They all fight cancer, heart disease, arthritis & more.?There's good reason for following the schedule as stated below, but if necessary, adjust it to your needs.
The Budwig plan may take 3 months or more before significant improvement occurs. It's also possible to feel worse during the 2nd month; as cancer cells begin to die, some may go into the blood stream. The plan needs to be continued even after becoming cancer-free or the cancer could return. Eating forbidden foods & experiencing severe stress can promote cancer.
Dr. Budwig's Program:? 1. 1st thing in AM--Sauerkraut Juice, preferably raw and homemade. Raw unheated kraut has enzymes, probiotics and vitamins - all help the digestive system metabolize foods & improve immunity. Almost all sauerkraut in stores has been pasteurized [heated] and won't be as powerful as raw kraut. ? 2. Just before breakfast-- green or herbal tea with one teaspoon of raw honey, a cancer-fighter.?
3. Breakfast--Blend 3 Tbs Flax Oil & 6 Tbs Quark or Cottage Cheese+3 Tbs milk for thinning. Grind & add 2 Tbs whole flaxseeds, fresh fruit, pure fruit juice, raw nuts, 1 tsp raw honey.?This recipe has helped heal hundreds of cancer patients & ?is slightly different than Dr. Budwig's quark recipe which starts with blending FO, milk & raw honey, then adds quark. She placed the ground flax seeds in a bowl, then layered fruit & FO/CC on top.?Afterward, if hungry, eat 1 slice whole grain bread, raw veggies, quality cheese -1 oz Edam, Gouda, Emmentaler, ?Camembert. Watch a video of FO/CC being made?at?? [Bottom of ?page.] 4. Mid-morning -Homemade Vegetable Juice (carrot juice, beets w/apple, celery w/apple) . Very Important.
5. Before Lunch - Champagne or sparkling wine w/ 1Tbs whole flaxseeds, freshly ground, OR ground seeds in a small glass of fruit juice. Champagne helps absorption of ground seeds, allowing nutrients into brain.?
6. SUNBATHING outside 10 to 20 minutes around noon [weather permitting] without sun lotion or glasses, expose as much skin as possible to get vitamin D & healing energy of the sun.? Afterward, avoid washing with soap. Give vitamin D several hours to be made on the skin & ?absorbed.
7. Lunch - Big raw vegetable salad + Budwig FO dressing. If still hungry, eat foods from DINNER menu below.
8. Lunch Dessert - an important 2nd serving of 3 Tbs. Flax Oil & 6 Tbs. Quark or Cottage Cheese with 3 Tbs milk, well blended. Add raw fruit, pure fruit juice, raw nuts, raw honey and other flavors you like.?
9. Mid-afternoon - 1 Tbs. whole flaxseeds, freshly ground, in 2 to?8 oz of pure?fruit juice, homemade or store bought.? Flaxseeds are strong cancer fighters and are high in fiber for good digestion & elimination.
10. STRESS?REDUCTION--Meditate by focusing on the breath to calm the mind, use EFT?[Emotional Freedom Technique shown on youtube]?to change thinking, & use other ways to reduce stress - music, nature walks.? 11. Late afternoon - Papaya or pineapple juice, 2 to 8 oz,?with 1 Tbs whole flaxseeds, freshly ground.?
12. Dinner - Cooked grains & nutritional yeast flakes w/B12 OR grains & beans plus vegetables w/oleolux, nutritional yeast flakes w/B12 & spices. Grains & beans combined make a complete protein. Vegetables such as spinach, asparagus, broccoli, & cabbage as well as onions & garlic are major cancer fighters. Suggested grains: brown rice, buckwheat, millet, oats, quinoa. Starches produce serotonin which is calming & helps w/sleep.
13. Evening - 1 glass Red Wine [optional]. Go to sleep early - by 10pm if possible. 14.?Dr. Budwig said to AVOID cancer promoters such as chemicals, preservatives, damaging fats, meats/poultry/eggs/fish, sugar, sugar substitutes [other than raw honey], highly processed foods, MOST SUPPLEMENTS, ozone treatments, dental infections?and wean off drugs if possible [under a doctor's care].
15. Most people do not need ELDI oils, which Dr. Budwig created mainly for patients who are too weak to eat. These oils are sold in Germany.?They are rubbed on the skin or used for an enema. [Some people make a version of ELDI oil at home by mixing 75% flax oil with 25% wheat germ oil to help preserve it. ]

Re: Colon cancer Stage 4 with questions
Hi Margaret,?
I hope that you are juicing carrots which I believe is the most important veggie juice for the colon. It is not easy to say
that you will be cured with doing FOCC only, everyone reacts differently.? The reason I came to this forum and the protocol was due to reading Dr. Budwig's testimonials. She had her patients follow it 100% as she was taking care of them.? "and? 2 months? now am on? focc or budwigs diet" ? Do we all do it 100% as outlined? You have deviated from the true Dr.Budwig's protocol by including the chemo which Dr. Budwig didn't believe in. I am not saying that you shouldn't have? or should, it is always your decision.? If I may add to this, believe in what you do, believe that every spoon you take is a healing spoonful of nutrients. Visualize yourself as healthy and in your mind, find a picture of you from your past that you loved how you looked and how healthy you were, see yourself and keep on seeing,? just like that picture.? Do a lot of prayers. If you are a Christian, print yourself a Psalm 23 and read it three times a day, morning, lunch and evening.? Someone else did and it seems to have worked for him. I hope it will work for you as well. ? With love and blessings, Dana

Dear Chandra,
Some people become worse before getting better during the first three months. A cancer tumor can increase is size
at the start of the BP. This is true also for someone taking Mistletoe (Alice, did your husband experienced that?). They usually tell you that if you are taking the IV Mistletoe not to have any scans for several weeks as it would show that the tumor is bigger.
Having said that, the fact that your friend is having a problem breathing, I would definitely have a medical doctor
check it out as it might signify an allergy or sensitivity to dairy or something more serious.
An important question is how closely is she following the full Budwig plan?
She must avoid eating meats, poultry, fish, eggs and sugar, etc.
Wishing your friend's sister well and hope she soon improves,

Hi group friend,
It's Bin from Canada again. I have a question about the side effect of coffee enema.?
I did try the coffee enema (first time) last Monday morning. But I got a very severe abdominal pain at night and went to emergency. They found out that I got a blockage at end of my small intestine. I have to stay at hospital over 3 days and nothing to eat and drink. Good thing is that the blockage or twist of the intestine was resolved by itself and do not need any surgery.?
I had surgery almost 5 year ago to remove my gallbladder and first part of my small intestine due to my pancreatic cancer. Does the coffee enema can not be performed for patient who had digestive surgery before? Or what I experienced was just a coincident? Dose anyone have any experience of the coffee enema side effect?
Please share your experience. Very appreciated.
