Liz, the symptoms of too much flax oil are "good" ones, in that they
are, to the best of my knowledge, stomach cramps and diarrhea.
By "good" I mean that the body reacts to over-eating of flax oil as
it would many other non-toxic foods, causing a person no harm.
But Liz, when you or someone else comes out with something like this,
we would appreciate it if you would identify the source. Dr. Budwig
DID NOT SAY to "take as much fo/cc as your body can tolerate."
Wilhelm has, several times, put the amount in terms of how much fo/cc
to how many pounds of body weight.
Better yet, rather than identify the source, ignore such stuff unless
you find it in our files section.
THIS LIST IS, to my knowledge, THE BEST AND MOST AUTHORITATIVE PLACE
to learn about the Budwig Protocol, because THE INFORMATION POSTED IN
OUR FILES COMES DIRECTLY FROM DR. BUDWIG'S WRITINGS, AS TRANSLATED
FAITHFULLY BY WILHELM, our moderator.
To do internet searches and to find non-verified stuff such as "flax
oil causes allergies," "flax oil can be toxic," "flax oil causes
depression," "one should eat as much fo/cc as one can tolerate" is a
fruitless waste of time.
What one needs to do to properly follow the Budwig Protocol is to
1)READ the files section about the protocol thoroughly.
2)BUY the "Oil Protein Cookbook" authored by Dr. Budwig.
3)STOP surfing the internet about the flax oil, where you will find
all manner of strange stuff said about it.
4)CONFINE questions to those about how best to follow the Protocol AS
LAID OUT BY Dr. Budwig.
Best wishes,
Elliot
