Re: hunger

Wayne Fugitt

Morning Rhonda,

>>You are not alone. It is not that we are hungry, my opinion, but that we
are not feeling satisfied. For me it is animal protein.

A number of foods will help. Fiber foods, raw vegetables, nuts, seeds
and especially almonds will help hunger.

One of the best foods I use is coconut oil, peanut butter, and honey.

Possibly you are missing the fats in the animal foods even more than the
protein. As I have aged, I feel less need for meat. Even when I eat meat,
I eat small servings, often 1/3 to 1/2 of a pork chop.

It could be all the raw eggs I eat had lessened the need for meat.

As far as sweets I solved that one. Make the candy. Don't put all of the
honey in but drizzle some honey on top just before eating. I put an almond
on top of each piece just before eating it as well. It was awesome. I felt
as tho' I was eating a candy bar. If anyone tries it let me know.
I understand. Your body felt like it was eating a candy bar. I
think humans need to eat more often.
Small servings of any good food at frequent intervals will solve many
problems from digestion, to hunger, and energy levels.

I have been amazed at the effect of one raw turnip for breakfast. I will
feel great and have energy for several hours. Finally, something says it
is time to eat again.

I only use raw honey.
I have 27 bee hives in my field. Also have 3 gallons of honey in the
pantry. These are not my hives.
The bee keeper must have 1000 hives. He harvested 70 barrels of honey this
year. The heavy rains made a bumper crop of honey.

Wayne
