You are not alone. It is not that we are hungry, my opinion, but that we are not feeling satisfied. For me it is animal protein.
As far as sweets I solved that one. Make the candy. Don't put all of the honey in but drizzle some honey on top just before eating. I put an almond on top of each piece just before eating it as well. It was awesome. I felt as tho' I was eating a candy bar. If anyone tries it let me know.
I only use raw honey.
