If you like the idea of a dark pink salad, the potato salad is the way to go
Yes, when I served the salad, his remarks were that he has never tasted a
pink salad. Then after his 2nd helping of the pink salad with the pink
salmon, and his remark about the fo/cc, I told him. He didn't believe me.
I very often think that those gag reflexes some people have when they first
try the fo/cc is all in the mind. With a little bit of imagination one can
incorporate the fo/cc in most of your dishes and hardly even notice it.

Long story, short....kefiili has all the same properties of kefir, is
made with grains or a culture. I do mine with grains.
I guess the guy that was saying he would vomit was wolfing down the
salad and liking it! You did tell him later, didn't you?
