I¡¯m sure I¡¯ll receive some criticism, but I¡¯ve used whole food brand, which checks off all those boxes at a much better price for over 8 years now. I¡¯m a cancer survivor and use Budwig for overall health and preventative maintenance. I can¡¯t afford Barleans brand as it¡¯s very expensive by measure. Before I started Budwig and besides the cancer, I was also diagnosed with NASH and my liver enzymes were off the chart. A year or so on Budwig and my liver numbers normalized and today well below high range. Just had a heart scan and it came back zero plaque or blockage of any kind. This is all due to the Budwig protocol using the brand I said at the beginning. Hope this helps some.
