Dana you have such a generpus spirit thank you so much for all this.? I am now feeling able to move forward with good knowledge thanks to you.? The big hurdle is getting Jeff to actually want to do it - horse to water and all that.? The hormone therapy is messing with his brain and he seems to have lost a bit of his mojo lets hope its back soon.

This is so interesting I always thought castor oil was for pain relief.? My husband's thigh has a slight swelling which i think is his lymph nodes not working correctly.
Could you please advise how to make and apply the castor oil packs.
