I think that you have hit the nail squarely on the head. Iagree 100% with everything that you have said and commend you for saying it in such eloquent terms. I have been lurking in the archives and occasionally posting on bothethese groups and several others since mid December. What I have learned would fill volumns and I know that I've only scratched the surface. Hope to be more active in the future.items i would like to add...I feel that Flax oil may oftentimes not beprepared correctly at the manufactring level or it may go rancid due to poordetrimental to its freshness and goodness. I have tried many oils and at this timefound a very good Austrian one here in Taiwan and buy it when I can because itis very tastey. Some New Zealand and Australian ones are also availablehere, but they contain 'high lignans" and cost considerably more. I like toget. my high lignans for freshly ground up Flaxseeds which I add to my Dr.Budwig combination.best and , IMHO,should only be used in the Dr. Budwig combination ofFlaxseed oil and organic low fat quark [or low fat cottage cheese or low fatyoghurt, etc.]. A word about using Flaxseed oil alone: I know that Dr. Budwig hasit " it can have the opposite effect," and I recall that Dr. Roehm put itin his paper on Flaxseed Oil. However, I believe this is for the very illon salads, some examples, #61, #64 or even a cup #65. (See her "Oil-Proteinsoluble". This makes it possible for the Omega 3 to enter the bloodstream directlyand give the body what is sorrily missing due to the "inertfoods" which weare eating. It is here where the difference is about using an oil on its ownor combined with the sulferated protein of the dairy product for maximumwith low fat organic yoghurt or low fat cottage cheese, which I try to makeor when possible buy in a health food store. Then I always add some FoodGrade 3 % H2O2 to the dairy when I open up the bottle. This is to kill somebad bacteria and also to extend the life of the dairy product in thecottage cheese/yoghurt had a very sour, sharp taste. I added some colloidalsilver ( about 30 mls) and the sharpness and sour taste disappeared. Iexperiment whenever I can to rid the dairy of bad bacteria with either the H2O2 orthe Colloidal Silver.Coconut Oil [and even Palm Oil which they do not sell.] They do however sellcoconut oil and sometimes I feel that they are a bit over exuberant in their(This BTW is my own opinion and I may be wrong in my assessment!).and that coconut oil is extremely good for many maladies and self-remedies.It does not have Omega 3 ( at least not in any noticeable quantities, Iprotocol is extremely healthy for serious illnesses and for healthmaintenance. It`s one thing to have a product in which to cook, use as an antisepticcleaner, and to give some lauric acid/ vitamins to the body, and it`s quiteanother thing to supply the body with the Essential fatty Acid (Omega 3) inorder to regain health or to maintain it. I see the two oils as two completelylot more input than I am doing. Again, I may be wrong and am willing tostand corrected. I too am a subscriber to the coconut list but must say thatI don`t often read the messages unless I recognize one of the Flaxseedpeople or some subject of great interest, only because of very limited time atthis time. If people want to downplay Flaxseed Oil , they should first dotheir homework thoroughly and well, and examine all the good the Dr. Budwigoil! ( see "The Oil-Protein Diet Cookbook"). It doesn`t have to be one or theand we have to understand them them well if we want better health. I hope Iam not repeating myself too much or using the words of others but theseare my true feelings. We can learn from everyone and should. Thanks and best,Ciao for now, Mike Cinelli============================================================================ ====that > Flax Oil is a dangerous drug rather than a beneficial food.said thatof > sulfur based proteins with it.used > with it it will have "the opposite effect".me > patently rediculous.
