I¡¯ve got a few ¡°AAAAHHH¡±¡¯s in the first edition of the Flickering Lexicon concordance, but I haven¡¯t treated long drawn out examples as a word as such.

Was listening to This Nation's Saving Grace earlier, and digging for
the 10 millionth time the way Smith goes "aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh" in
Bombast and - in an almost Beatles stylee - Gut of the Quantifier.
Are there any other examples of him doing this in Fall songs?? The
long, drawn out note?
There are probably loads but my brain's gone blank.
(The TNSG era was my intro to the Fall and I remember it was Smith's
vocal, er, what's the word, not mannerisms, maybe dynamics,
stylisations, dunno - if he was painting you'd say it was the way he
applied the paint, his brushstrokes etc - it was all that that really
hooked me).
